Took the Savage T to the range

Took the Savage T to the range. The No32 MkIII scope is sitting in an IMA scope mount and this is how it shot at 100 meters.

The ones on the right edge of the Casey target are the first rounds on target and then the three in the 10 ring were the adjustments.

The string off to the left is from my Canadianicon RSM friend whose getting ready to head back and take over as RSM of the Royal Canadian Regiment.

Here is the gun that did the shooting.

    Terrific shooting ....

    Nice looking rifle ....

I just acquired a very nice Savage No.4(T). One of the "less scope" ones built in 1942 that went through Holland and Holland.

I still have to get around to doing a photo montage of it for the library....

    Regards,
    Badger

Just a fine duet, they match very well. A great looking rifle that fires a fine grouping. A hard act to follow.SDH
