    M1903a3

I've had this rifle for several years, but sadly it hasn't seen much trigger time. Hunting season is fast approaching and I took my '03A3 to the range to get some of that trigger time.

First 5-shots at 100 yards from a rest with open sights. The load is a hunting load, 150gr Hornady SP over 47.0gr of IMR-4895.

This pic is several years old, possibly the last time I shot the rifle. It was purchased from the CMPicon and I believe it is a Greek return. The rifle looked brand spanking new when I got it. Deep, dark bluing, the flat spot on the bolt handle had the last 4 numbers of the serial number etched into it.
