    ammo clips

    what clips/chargers did these rifles use?
    that is anyone got a pic or two or got any for sale?
    I have used in the past swede clips but they don't fit securely in the guide.

    I was told to use the same .303 clips used in the enfield for the P-14. I got a few from a seller on gunbroker.com but I havne't recieved them yet so I don't know how well they'll work.

    won't the base be too wide for the 30-06 cartridge?
    303 being rimmed has a larger diameter than the 30-06.

    Do you need it for the P14 or for the M1917? For the P14 the Enfield stripper clips will work, for the M1917 I use the M1903 clips.

    P14s use the standard 303 clip. M1917 uses the standard Springfield clip. Pics of either are all over the internet.
