Garand Intro and Firing, with Slow Motion

I shot a video out at the range yesterday, and give a brief intro to the Garandicon, show a couple bayonets for it, and show it firing, somewhat close up, and added a full clip being fired in slow motion, which is kind of fun to watch and listen to. Sorry for the shooting in the background, it was a busy day at the range yesterday.

GREAT stuff! I love how well the slo-mo shows the op rod deflecting the ejected casing away from the shooter's face... clever guy, that John Garandicon

Awesome video, Mark. I do not have such a high speed camera, just using the iPhone 4S with iMovie, which allows me to slow things down to 10% of original speed.
