    Inland (Spring Tube)

I have just been studying Pages 343 and 344 of Warbaby. All 6 digit and mid 43 barrel dates. The collective wisdom of you guys is now required ! Does anyone have, or has seen, an otherwise correct, 5 digit Inland with a detatchable spring tube ? Could the possibility exist ? Marcus, Any smells ?. Many thanks. Mike.

Deep hole drilling was still a problem , run outs did occur. Converting it to a spring tube was the way to keep from scraping an otherwise acceptable reciever. Twas a war on and all.
