If by '96 you mean a bolt for the Swedish icon

Mauser M1896 a.k.a. Carl Gustaf
and
If by '95 you mean a bolt for the Chilean icon

/Spanish M1895

then the answer is definitely NO.

The bolt bodies have slightly different lengths: M1896 is 5.630", M1895 is 5.550"
