    Question P14 Combination Tool?

I have been told that this is P14 Combination Tool.
I have a couple of questions.

What is the leg with the square hole used for?

Just how rare is this tool?

    Attachment 31791

    Thanks,

    D.

IMHO the leg w/hole would be used for retracting the cocking piece when stripping the bolt.

Chuckindenver has a great post on P14-M1917 bolt disassembly.
removal and dissasembly of the bolt for 1917 and P14
Combo tool is not really required, but it sure is nice to add to collection.....

    SMLE combo tool
flat tips are screwdriver heads for various size screws.
the prong looking ones are for the retaining screw on the 1907 pattern bayonet.
can't remember the flat with hole bit.
    cheers
