trainer foresight question
Just about every No2 Mk4* I've come across or photo I've seen has the foresight way over to the right of the foresight mounting block, this included mine until put a windage adjustable rearsight on it, is there a glaringly obvious reason for this?. Check yours out and tell me if its the same or is it just the limited number i've come across. I would be interested to know if its a commonality.

Possibly due to the rifling twist of the .22 barrels being right hand.
I think that the .303 foresight blocks are slightly offset to the left to start with.
