    Guys,
With the picture blown up, It sure looks to me like the Rock-Ola is stamped OVER the Q-NL.
    Look closely at the K.

    And the verticle stamped Rock-Ola?
I've never seen one stamped that way.

Open his album, go to page 3, picture #58. Click on #58 to enlarge. Then click on it again. You'll get a much larger view of what I believe is Rock-Ola stamped over Q-NL.

    Pictures by M1AdamV - Photobucket

I'll attach the picture here, but it may be downsized compared to the size pic in his album.

    Charlie ..

I know nothing about M1icon Carbines...

However, did some editing for you, which I hope is ok ...

I added full size pic, then I also added a ZOOMED version, focusing on the area you mentioned. In the latter zoomed pic, I can clearly see the over stamping you refer to, particularly with the K and the O.

    Hope that helps ...

    Regards,
    Doug

    Charlie,

That K does look like it is over the Q. Wonder if the integrated housings had verticle stamping? Something to try and find out.

Thanks to Badger for his work as it is stamped over the Q-NL with Rock-Ola. And as Jin said nothing is listed as going to Rock-Ola as far as trigger housings from Quality Hardware.

After looking closer at the milling style of the Trigger Housing in question, I'm convinced it was made by National Lock for QHMC, then supplied to RMC.

Here is a picture of M1Adams Trigger Housing (lft view).
Notice the slow arc from the horizontal ledge up to the back of the magwell.
I'll post more pictures below showing this same style milling by National Lock.

Below you can see a milling area commonly found on NL made housings.
This is also viewable by looking back at the previous picture showing the Rock-Ola stamping over top of the Q-NL.

Left and Center Q-NL Housings, 3rd on the right is a late Type1 RMC...

Here is a comparison of a (Top) Type 3 Q-NL housing that shows the slow/smooth milling arc from the horizontal ledge up the back side of the magwall.
Bottom: Shows a late Type 1 (no frt bevel) RMC housing with the ledge to rear magwall showing the more pronounced Fish Hook style Arc....

This last picture shows 2 Q-NL housings with this slow/smooth arc

I thank fellow Club members who've replied with helpful information.

    HTH,
    Charlie-painter777
