    Steven WWII 620 Trench gun

Many thanks to this fine forum and others I have decided to sell my Stevens 620 trench gun and kind of looking for some other opinions as to condition rating and value.

I have had it probably 35+ years, it has always been owned by either the Army, National Guard or a military member (me-retired). Never in the hands of a non military person. In all those years, I have owned it, the only thing it has seen is cleaning, zero use.

Serial Number 252XX, the stock/receiver and barrel all match. Marking are correct with the
P and Bomb on each side. Has US on receiver. Bore is very bright and shiny, I see no pitting. There are some marks on the stock and receiver, thanks ill fitting modified gun racks. There is very minor denting on the top back side of the receiver, again thanks to storage racks. The bottom of the receiver a few dings also, but very minor to me. A couple of the screws show sign of having a "Army" screw driver used on them.

As you can see, no sling, butt plate or screws for it.

    Thanks for you time

    Gary

Does the heat shield cover the Stevens Company marking on the barrel or are they obscured?

Nothing written under the heat shield that I know of. I have had it off when I clean it. Every thing I can find points to it being 100% correct in every way. I have spent a fair amount of time searching for info.

Well, sort of. Been told 1700-3000 range.. I am thinking 2250.00 . I think that is a fair price.

Just an FYI, it appears to be sold. Thought I may get a little more than I did but I am OK with deal. Wish I could have bought more than one of them, but we were limited one only.

    Thanks for the input.
