    Santa Fe 03A3 Bolt sticking

I acquired 3 03A3's from my Grandpa when he passed away. 2 Smith Corona's and a Santa Fe. Both Smith Corona's function flawlessly, but the Santa Fe is having some bolt sticking issues, if I try to cycle the bolt by handle, the bolt sticks, so I have to grab it by the rear of the bolt for it to cycle. I also read that Santa Fe's were built with surplus parts, so do you think it is the quality that is causing this or do you think there is storage grease still in the receiver/bolt?

And figured you guys would like a picture:

It almost sounds as if the camming surface at the back of the bolt is ether burred or covered in dry lubricant. It could also be a burr in the bolt sleeve or in the back of the receiver. Start with a good cleaning and let us know how you make out.
I’ve hired that Santa Fe rifles weren’t always the best quality but I have never inspected one so will let someone who has comment.

As you are aware, a Santa Fe is an assembled rifle. All parts are US GI, except for the commercially made, investment cast receiver.
Try No4Mk1T's suggestions, might make a difference. Clean and lubricate it, see if you can identify why the bolt is sticking.
