    Mad Minute

Condensed version from Wikipedia, but I've read about this elsewhere. Too bad there wasn't video back then, this would really be something to see.
Think about this. He starts with 10 in the magazine. He has to reload the rifle with a total of 6 stripper clips. (the Britishicon call them Chargers)
BTW, this record still stands today, 98 years later.

Mad minute was a pre-World War I term used by British riflemen during training to describe scoring 15 hits onto a 12" round target at 300 yd (274.3 m) within one minute using a bolt-action rifle (usually a Lee-Enfield or Lee-Metford rifle). It was not uncommon during the First World War for riflemen to greatly exceed this score. Many riflemen could average 30+ shots, while the record, set in 1914 by Sergeant Instructor Alfred Snoxall was 38 hits.[1] It was rumored that a company of assaulting Germanicon soldiers reported that they had faced machine gun fire, while in fact it was a rifle squad of ten men firing at this rate. Annually, a group of British owners meet for a mad minute competition.

Here's the Brits doing it. Even more impressive in that the British sling is just a carry strap and is not used for support.

This is a vid of a speed shooting competition in Norwayicon. 25 seconds to shoot 15 rounds with two reloads (Three 5 rnd. mags) Range is 200 and 300 meters. The bolt guns are chambered for 6.5X55 and the G3 is 7.62 NATO.
One of the bolt guns has a DBM, but the other two reload from some sort of plastic speed strip device. Also notice they maintain a hold on the bolt knob with the thumb and forefinger and press the trigger with the middle finger. (one shooter uses his pinkie)

This is much harder than these guys make it look.
I find it interesting that the oldest rifle design (the Kragicon) had the tightest group and fewest misses.
