Post WWI Belguim Helmet???

Just wondering if someone can Identify this helmet, and why it has the Belguim flag on the side. --TIA

It's post WWII. Belgium used British kit and made kit of British design at least into the 1950's.

I'm not sure, but less than a British MkII helmet.
