An Illustrated History of Bayonets by Martin J. Brayley

I was in Ollies yesterday and located a hard bound edition of this book for $9.99. I didn't even know there was a hardbound edition.

My paperback copy is getting really dogeared as I take it everywhere so this was perfect for me. There was only one in the store that I could find but if you have an Ollies nearby, might be worth checking.

I love the book. Nice color photos that show a lot of the markings. It's not as detailed as some but for a casual collector such as myself, it does the job.

Its a good book and has some great detail picture. I have a great library on bayonets but this is the first book that shows the uncommon Canadianicon C1 bayonet with a wide fuller on page 43. I have collected bayonets for 40 years and only found a few these examples.
The bayonet is similar to the Britishicon bayonet on the far left found on page 141 and 143.
The common Canadian C1 bayonet I have found has a narrow fuller.
