I remember the stamp after the Nagoya stamp from my sword collecting days, it is a "na" kanji inspector/origination stamp, first character in "Nagoya".

ETA:Also, missed "Kanji"! Katakana would seem easier in this case...hence the boo-boo!
ETA2: You reckon the other Nagoya inspector marks are the same, just rather more incomplete?
