    Mk1 Combination Tool

    Evening all.

I've just become the proud owner of a Bren Combination Tool Mk1. The maker's mark on the side is 'A&S'. I've seen several suggestions on line as to which manufacturer this is but can anyone give me a definitive answer?
Apologies if this is a dull question!

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Accles and Shelvoak. Still in business making tipper and garbage lorry bodies. They have confirmed to me in writing that they made them. It was under contract to BSA which would all fit into place as BSA, Via the good offices of Reginald Shepherd (the S in Sten incidentally.....) who'd recently gone to work for them, taking major chunks of the new Bren Gun contract with him
