Question 1911 NoI MkIII converted to* Lee-Enfield

Thank you in advance for the help. I have stumbled across the 1911 NoI MkIII Lee-Enfield converted to NoI MkIII*. This rifle puzzles me with the green paint, and screwm but no foreign markings (I could be wrong). I am looking to see what the approximate value is (I know it varies based on location).

Do you have a photo of the markings on the right side and left side (if there are any)

The green paint I was told was a rust preventative coating, I also have 1 with green paint under the wood lines. Here in my neck of the woods I would guess $300 to $350 more with accessories. Nice looking rifle. I just purchased a converted 1916 Lithgowicon all matching but in much more neglected but saveable shape for $95 to give you an idea of extremes.
