    LeMat (Photo Thread)

















    Loading lever assembly is missing (not uncommon apparently), the selector spring on the hammer is broken, and the cylinder locking bolt needs attention, but otherwise it's in very good shape. Bores are excellent.

    It would be nice if the photographer knew his business, though! Getting the inscription on the top of the barrel to show in a photo was mostly an exercise in futility.

    Haven't had the LeMat apart further than shown above. But one of these days it needs to happen in order to fix the cylinder locking bolt. It works after a fashion, but it's balky.
