    A good article on "What is Khaki", it describes the color of original US equipment and may clear up some confusion. Or it may not....

    And yes, it is from a reenactors' sutler website but it is well researched and accurate.

    No doubt about it, well used and faded. Nice slings never the less, they have gotten to be hard to find.
