Early ROF with 25XXA serial could it be 1 of the 3000?
Noob, looking for some answers about my 41 ROF. The only markings that the gun shows are on the bolt, left side which say ROF 41 25xxA and receiver? that is stamped England other then that nothing and yes the numbers match. Quick story the gun my uncle found it in a swamp in the mid 60's been in the family since other then that nothing is known about it. Could it be 1 of the 3000 made? Pics soon!

Advisory Panel
You mean one assembled from left over trials rifle parts, or simply one of the very early and non-standard Fazakerly No4s?
“There are invisible rulers who control the destinies of millions. It is not generally realized to what extent the words and actions of our most influential public men are dictated by shrewd persons operating behind the scenes.”
Edward Bernays, 1928
