1903A3 Remington 1943

I recently acquired a very nice Remington 1903a3.
I'd like to know the value as well as any other pertinent historical info about this rifle.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Super looking M1903A3 by Remington. Stock markings show a trip thru the Ogdon Arsenal at one time, as does a mixture of manufactures parts now installed. Those nice '03A3s sold for $10.50 from the Army thru the DCM way back when. They ask for $700.00 for them now.

First 03a3 I've purchased....was hoping I did alright with the price I got it for. Sounds like I did OK.
I've been into M1 icon

Carbines for a little while now...trying to expand my knowledge base, (and collection) into the 03a3 and the other cool old WWII milsurps.
