Finally received my dies but must have gotten wires crossed with the supplier. I want to neck size only but managed to wind up with the full length factory crimp lee dies.

I'm going to look for a neck sizing die for this caliber but I want to load up my first 100. Plan is to do 100rds, 25 with the hornady bullets over varget, 25 with 180 pro hunters over varget, 25 of each with IMR 4895 and see what it likes best.

Question is, I don't have a .311 expander. Is it safe to plug the .311 bullets into a factory sized PRVI case? I usually load the cases the first time without resizing and then just neck size after first firing. Thoughts?
