Hey guys this is my first Arisaka icon

and I don't know much about it. If someone can enlighten me a bit I would appreciate it. I don't know if I wasted money or not. Thanks

Cut down Type 38 carbine. Nagoya arsenal. There should be a series number to the left of the serial number. Looks like the bolt handle has been turned down, can't really tell from the angle of the photo. Does it all match up? If it does, it'd probably be a worthwhile restoration project.

Unless I'm badly mistaken it's either a Koishikawa or Kokura arsenal product, would need to see the entire s/n and whats in front of it to be certain.
