Bren gun combination tool Maker ID help

Hi, I am trying to identify the maker of a MkI combination tool.
It is stamped: NTC (with the T being a larger font)
No amount of Googling has helped at all. This forum was the only place that actually named a maker, not the one I need though.

As an aside, my grandfather and uncles were wood cutters mainly working in the red gum forests on the Murray River. They used a Bren gun carrier for getting around the bush.
My grandmother had a wood stove and used one of the carriers large storage boxes for her wood box.
When she passed away I was lucky enough to get Nans "wood box" I chose it as Nans kitchen was the heart of her home and her stove was fired up every day of the year. We all learnt how to use an axe to help keep a steady supply of firewood.

Sorry, I should have stated that my search is to help a friend who has a website.

PS I truly thought this question would be so easy...... (says she who has Googled for hours & has read that much info on Bren guns........ Do I really need the fact that the Jones Sewing Machine Co made firing pins for Bren guns to be stuck in my head forever

I suspect that the answer lies in Australia as opposed to the UK. Maybe Xxx Tool Co.

Hi Peter, for some reason I was thinking Canadian. I have been trying random combinations for "N... Tool Co" without success.
I think George (tool owner) would have been able to identify it if it was an Aussie brand.

NTC is the maker of the Australian made Bren multi tool.

Useless information= A subcontractor making the multi tool for Enfield was ACME Show Card. A greetings card printer. They had a small work shop near Enfield Lock Railway station about two miles from the Brengun factory.

Hello all! Just got word back from the Jedi master of commonwealth arms Mr. Ian Skennerton . Seems that the multi tool was produced by Norton Toothell and Co. 16 Barrack st. Sydney. You can see their mark on the small parts tin also in the Slazenger Bren wallet. They were a subcontractor for Holden/ General Motors . Cheers to all me Mates in Oz!"
