A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. Well, the show was excellent! I had many 'visitors' & a couple of repairs to effect. It was nice to meet some of you guys & put a face to a name. I spent a lot of time in the afternoons chilling with a few 'cold ones', which was great!

I have attached some photo's for your interest. These were taken first thing in the Morning whilst having a Brew! Note the empty small arms rack, I later unloaded a 'few' Deacts to compliment the display. But sadly forgot to take some pics of the setup when it was in full swing!

I finally gave in & bought myself one of the Ex Irish Contract MKIII Bren's, but NOT at the retail price! I only ever pay Trade!...... They are not in bad nick at all, though hand painting over some of the stainless components needs attention!

A minor nause is the gas reg is set at the smallest hole, when it SHOULD be at the SECOND largest port!.......Well, I think I can live with that! LOL. Another gap filled in the collection, all I need now. Is an L4A3................
