    No32 scopes, Recent auction prices

Was anyone watching the No32 Mk3 scopes on Ebay? someone got a good deal on scope No 20183 with Original scope mount numbered L32068. described as having a crack in the glass, maybe just a breakdown of the balsam? went for 875 pounds.

Another sold today, scope, bracket and tin but went for 2,550 pounds.

Did you see what the case alone went for. Mind you it did have the leather strap as well.

T32 British Lee Enfield NO 4 MK1, sniper scope case and strap | eBay

It came from the same person selling the £2.5k scope.

    I'm so glad I bought that Mk.1 scope for £150 when (1998) I did.

I seen the price of the tin, maybe the tin and the cracked glass scope will become one in the future, maybe the rifle may show up also ?

The ebay seller in Northern Ireland has a small quantity of the scopes. They're all recent ex-Irish (Eire) army release & are all Mk3's. There are no 2/1's & no REL's. The lucky fellow cornered the market it seems, & he also has 6 matching 4T's for sale from the same source, if anyone wants to follow it up.

Wonder what prices the complete rifles have been touted around for.

I heard there were 25 scopes originally, but the majority have now sold............so I gather. As of earlier in the week there were 6 4T's left.

Geoff, what is the asking price for the matching No 4Ts?
No, I'm not after one (I've got one coming from Brian Dickicon in the USAicon soon) but would be interested to know.
