    Long Branch CMKIII rear sights

I'm in the process of rebuilding two 1943 LB No4. Mk1* and want to purchase and install CMKIII rear sights.

What is the approximate going price for these sights?

    Cheers,

    Duncan

Nobody knows where you are to comment on the price/value near you. But in the UKicon, cheap as chips!

The appropriate sight for 43 would be the 300/600 flip sight.

Thanks for the responses. Peter, I live in Ontario, but presently in Ethiopia until before Xmas.

I was wondering about prices because, I saw one thread that said the LB CMIII sights were as rare as hens teeth.

Limpet, I know the 300/600 flip is appropriate for '43 and the CMIII weren't fitted until later in '44. However, I've read that many '43 LB's were retrofitted when CMIII became available. I just want a more "shootable" sight.

Later in the day. I bought a couple of new ones from this guy on ebay. They took a while to find because nothing in the auction says Long Branch or CMIII. I had to go by the photos. Anyway, if anyone is looking for new ones, he seems to have an endless supply.
