    No8 MK 2 scope carrier?

    All, does anyone perhaps know where I can find the web strapping for the No 8 MK 2 scope carrier? I have the canvas covered tube, but no web strapping,etc. thanks in advance

    I would imagine that the actual webbing strapping material is a bog standard stock size in width/thickness so should be easy to source or by stripping some existing webbing equipment. On that basis, it should be an absolute doddle to make/replicate. As for the thread, that is also readily available from sailmakers or if not, just unpick an old webbing strap.

    I'd have one of these replicated in a couple of days. Attem lads...
