Those are probably civilian Police. When we do Aid to the Civil Power, we'd have a policeman attached to us as an active advisor for civilian law. 'Cause the military's a bit different...

Well I like the military system, you will never be right even if we tell you your right youre still wrong it would stop allot of people in their tracks as the poor police really get stiffed and from what I can see when you people send in the National Guard people toe the line very quickly as they know they aint got Shi* options against the Army Hooraah for you.
And looking at the pic high port does not cut it level the weapon so people get the drift we are not here to play games move on and do not come back.......

That's the "On Guard" position. Really easy to butt stroke somebody who gets too close or reaches for the weapon if you don't want to actually stick him.
