    remington recall

Hello everyone, has anyone had any experience with the remington xmark trigger recall? On their website they said they would send shipping tags, boxes, and written instructions.and they would pay for all related expences. But now they emailed me a shipping label and said to box it and print out the label.is this the experience others have had. And no responce to my emails.
