    SMLE Combination Tool

Got this in a box of Enfield sights I bought recently.

Combination tool for the SMLE, first introduced 1903, I think this is the 2nd version in 1910.

Interestingly has the CenTral retailers mark on it

Slow gunshow this weekend but did find a small jewel along with a R.A.C Mk II holster. SMLE combination tool exactly like the previous poster's. After much searching I am unable to determine if the manufacturer is Britishicon or Austrailian. Any opinions?

Thanks! Bought it as a display item and have a nice Lithgow to pair it with. Now all I need is a nice Webley to go with the holster.

You don't want one of those cheap, inferior Australianicon copies... you need one of these!

I am always on the lookout for Enfield items. Felt very lucky to stumble upon the Aussie as I have never come across this tool in the flesh.

A large number of these appeared on the market some years ago, all made by Central, and for a time they were quite common and cheap.

I imported a box full of them, (all made by Central), in the late 90's. Sold at shows throughout the Southeast USAicon including the big AGCA show. It might be one of those.
