Photo 5 looks like feed tray stops for a Browning machine gun.

Correct answer on photo #5, these are used with 30-06 blank cartridges on the Browning Model 1919 series and the feed tray stops will prevent the use of ball cartridges as the barrel will have a blank adopter installed. There are also feed tray stops for 7,62mm and 7,92mm conversions

During the last days of the M1919 and the UKicon L3 Brownings in UK service, after the withdrawal of the Centurion odds and sods and Ferrets, it was found that there were zillions of rounds of belted .30" blank still held 'locally to Warminster'. It then came to pass that not only that, but there were also zillions of same at thge main ammunitions depots too!

So the Brownings still held at Warminster as tank and other AFV guns and tripods were retained purely as blank firing guns in order to use up the stocks of blank instead of knocking seven bells out of the GPMG's for a few years!

It was a sad day when the last of the trusty Brownings went. It was said that we never purchased another Browning after the end of the war. We were knee deep in guns that had come oiver lend lease on the tanks. The tanks went back (?) but the Brownings stayed! Waste not, want not!

Third one looks like the spent case deflector for the M14icon rifle, while using blank ammo.

    Guess the part

On the Browning Model 1919 series here is a photo of a mount from a Sherman tank for the M1919A4 kind of a curio now, the US Navy did convert some M1919 BMG's to 7,62mm using the M13 link during Viet Nam

Jim is almost correct, the item is the M14icon Breech Shield M3 used to protect the shooter while firing blank cartridges plus a new application now - it is also used on suppressed M14 rifles to also deflect the gas from your faceAttachment 52794Attachment 52795Attachment 52796

Item 1 looks a bit BAR like.
Item 2 looks like it may stop the M16icon selector being moved to Auto.
Item 4 could be some sort of grenade launcher site?
