Lovely rifle gunfish - great to see it with the original numbered scope too - very rare to see. Not sure if all were actually numbered to the rifle - I've heard both that all were and not all were from good sources! Wouldn't worry too much re the mismatched mag - at least it's from another enforcer. Seems like they were swopped around a fair bit. The scope's the important one. My Enforcer (301) scope is owned by someone who posted on here - alas they wouldn't sell or swop for another Enforcer scope - but that's their prerogative I suppose. Thanks for posting in any case.

    Enforcer purchased from John Appleton

    Good Day Gunfish,
I think I was the other person who bought the less expensive Enforcer in 2007 from John Appleton. His shop was in Front Royal, but the import stamp was Fairfax, Va. I remember that he had more than one for sale, but I can't recall that he mentioned the other one was in the transit case. Otherwise, I might have purchased that one :-) Congratulations on a great piece.

I found out from Simon that my Enforcer was originally shipped to the Northern Ireland Royal Ulster Constabulary on 24th March 1977. How long it remained in service with them I don't know. I haven't shot it in years but maybe one day soon.
    Best Regards,
    Michael
