    New location for CSP

    This change is pretty nice overall, and the mother site (milsurp) is much better known so maybe we will even get some new folks showing up now with the increased exposure!!

    I hope you old CSPicon members don't do like the mexicans and want to make everything mexican,this is Milsurps so try to fit in, I refuse to speak mexican.

    That shouldn't be much of a problem but normally on a M1917 board most of the topics should concern the M1917.
