I screwed up started to take the bolt apart but forgot to put safety in the upright position, now the bolt will not come apart.
Is there any way to fix this problem??

Easy fix, you have to cock it. On a WOODEN surface catch the sear and pull down then rotate the bolt body,, clockwise?? "Been awhile" that'll cock it.
