How do you protect your ears?

Well, after all these years my ear protection finally began falling apart. In the market now now for a new set. What do you guys use, and where'd you get from?

I still use standard ear defenders...not the battery operated ones, just the ones we've always used. Complete coverage and foam inside. They work for everything.

Peltor, Tactical Pro, electronics. And plugs.
Indoors it is a necessity to double up. I do it outdoors as well, now that I'm milsurping.

For the most part I have two sets of electronic muffs that I use at both the range and while hunting the amplification (sp?) helps the old ears hear things in the woods I otherwise might miss (they keep your ears warm on cold mornings as well ). I keep spare rubber industrial plugs in the truck and my range bag as well in case of emergencies though I seldom use them as I find them not as reliable inn reducing the noise enough. I also have several pair of the non amplified muffs as well.

Cigarette butts. Old school USMC range trick. Incidently, the gunny that told me that was damn near deaf...

Peltor Tactical 6-S ... one on the shelf of the bedside night stand and one by the gun bench.

Standard ear defenders here too. I think most of my hearing damage was from years ago though - not getting it back.
