    Japanese Hamada pistol...

I managed to acquire this pistol at a gun show last weekend. The pistol is a Hamada made by a small sporting firearms manufacturer in Tokyo specifically for use by Japanicon's Chinese Expeditionary Army circa 1942-43. Quantity was approximately 4,500-5,000 units in several variations. This one is in 7.65mm , there was also an 8mm Nambu version. Here are some pics.

Yes it is. Basically it's a knock off of of a Browning 1910.
