    Looking for Enfield Enforcer accessories

Looking for correct numbered Pecar 4x10 scope for Enfield Endorcer 665, correct original Pecar lens covers, and transit case. The transit case looks like an oversized wood ( beech?) briefcase.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Were all Enforcer scopes numbered to the rifles? Not sure that's been established definitively. Also not sure they were all 4x10x45 pecars - was it down to the individual forces what they chose? I suppose if anyone has an all original D&C Enforcer with all the bits that would help in terms of finding out what that force went for.

Enforcer 665 went to Devon & Cornwall, and the Pecar scope mounted on it is numbered to another D&C Enforcer. I'm simply looking for the right needle in the haystack. Apparently the D&C rifles did have the 4x10x45 Pecars.

My goal is to match the rifle up with the right scope and accessories, or at least the right accessories.

When they were sold off they were often split & mixed up by the various Gun Shops who offered them with or without scopes.

The London Armoury in East London had a whole rack of them, I only originally brought one because they were cheaper than the Envoy at the time.
    Regards Simon

Thanks Simon. That's why I'm trolling for the right scope. Perhaps someone has it.
