    Telescopic Sighting 9c mk 1

Among my late fathers effects, I have found a Telescopic Sighting No 9c Mk 1. It is made by the Telescopic Prism Co, London, 1917.

The eyepeice is at about 45 degrees to the axis of the scope and the magnification is variable.

Does anyone know anthing about this and what it would have been fitted to. I thought about putting it on Ebay - any idea what it is worth?
