    Source for brass rivets

Does anyone have a source for handguard rivets, especially the early rivet and burr type. I tried making my own but they didn't look close enough to the originals. I'm trying to attach the spring clip on a Mk III rear handguard, Help appreciated.

Try looking for "tubular" rivets. Main drama is most will be plated. I'm sure a mfg. would do a run, but you'd probably need a about a stadium full of like minded folk to make it worthwhile.

They were made originally by a little firm in Aylesbury - as ere the No4 handguard rivets. Another totally useless bit of Lee Enfield info.
