    K98 sniper build....

New member here. I'm getting ready to build a high turret scoped K98icon sniper rifle. I have a dot 44 barreled action that has been drilled (incorrectly) already by a previous owner, and I want to have repro high turret scope mounts properly installed per WW2 method (drilled/tapped and soldered). Was wondering if anyone can recommend an installer who can do it right. I heard that ChuckinDenver does this exceptionally well. Any ideas or advice would be appreciated.

I sent a 1903 barreled receiver to him to make a USMC sniper rifle. Looks great, haven't shot it yet because of the weather.

Sorry to say that Chuckindenver no longer does turret mounts. Anybody know of someone (member preferred) who mounts these correctly?
