Inland Receiver With SG Mark
I have a Inland carbine, 800 thousand serial number with SG on the front, lower left side of the receiver. What does the SG indicate. Thanks for your help.

Early Saginaw marked receivers used SI. Two different SG fonts 3/16" and 1/8" were used a bit later.

Saginaw Steering Gear had a contract with Inland to make receivers for Inland. Those were stamped SG on the left side of the receiver.
