I thought I would make a post to say hello as I am new to the forum and show off some of my favorite rifles. The top rifle is a 1942 No.1 MkIII Lithgow icon

, in the middle is my 1944 No.4 MkI Long Branch and lastly my 1944 No.5 MkI Faz.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Thanks for the commitments. As for .308's I would not be a good source I collect WWII specific. I am sure others have their opinions.
