Those apparently Hebrew markings are in fact the half eliminated D/E followed by an equally half obliterated 1 and two stars

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Yes. Both the the .380 inch Mark I/Iz and the II/IIz" were based on the .38 S&W and so one can use any of the three cartridges (.380 Mk.I, .380 Mk.II and .38 S&W) in the revolvers.

In the past, I have used all three. The .380 Mk.I is the most accurate, followed by various brands of .38 S&W. I have found the .380 Mk.IIZ round to be the least acculturate.

This one lacks the safety stop, which was eliminated on later production to simplify manufacture (and, likely, reduce cost slightly). These later guns are not dated as such although the barrel date ['43] is usually the same or close (unless they have been rebarreled).
Commercial .38 S&W cartridges will frequently shoot high, and a higher foresight is often desirable.

Why don't you throw them up as photos for the brethren to identify. It'll work a treat AND I bet someone will need the part too!

Where did you see Hebrew markings on the Enfield?
Also, that top auto with the wood grips looks all sorts of "Chinese".

Brown gripped autoloader appears to be native made. Dara Afganistan or Far East. I would not fire it.
