    Underfolder AK74.

Picked this one up last weekend. Bulgarian kit on Nodak Spud receiver. Looks like Polish furniture, and I'm guessing Polish folding stock. I'm pretty certain an underfolding '74 was never made ( please correct me if I'm wrong ) as far as military use goes, but this one called to me. Going to get some range time with it this weekend, just wanted to show it off. I've owned a ton of '47 variants, this is my first '74. Had always been on the fence about them, mainly because of ammo availability. Will be loading up on the 5.45.......btw, what's the story on the ban concerning this round? Hearing a lot of conflicting info concerning it. Anyway, enjoy the pics!

VERY nice! I love AK under-folders! Unfortunately, in Kalifornication, it is a "No Go" Too short, even if a mag lock is on it. I had a Yugoicon M70AB2 that I liked, but it was too heavy with the 1.6 mm receiver and heavy duty trunnion with "mumps". A Polish or Germa would be ideal. Congrats!

The steel core 7N6 Russianicon surplus is banned from import. Remember? "they" just tried the same with 5.56 under the same guise. You can still buy it but it never was the cheapest and the prices have stayed stable, at least last time I looked.

Ah yes, the 5.56 fiasco. So it's the actual Russkie surplus stuff. Looks like I'll be buying a ton of it this weekend at the fun show.
