No exit hole. Wonder if it just plowed through the liner and followed the circumference of the helmet? Looks like a crease on the inside. Yikes.

A friend's father got this treatment as a chopper pilot in Vietnam. The bullet injected under the skin on one temple, went around the circumference of the skull, and exited at the other temple, guided by the liner of his pilot's helmet. The ultimate flesh wound. Wicked.
