    L1A1 bolt markings

    Afternoon all,

I received a rather worn, but complete and matching numbers, BSA 1962 manufactured L1A1 today, most unusually for a Britishicon example, it has a full complement of BSA component parts, right down to the woodwork.

It will restore very nicely indeed.

Now it has the usual electro penciled cross flags military proof on the bolt, but it also has what appears to be a broad arrow and a heart electro penciled along side

Any ideas chaps, new one on me?Attachment 63790

It's not a heart but a stylized crown!

Well there we go, I was taking this abstract piece of art to literally... so is this a common marking guys, not one I have seen before (or perhaps more accurately noticed)
