Promo I am all out of the sights. Even the two I was keeping went to guys who needed them. I figured I would get what I needed down the line. Right now I cannot even think of working on carbines. Too many problems with medical bills right now for the wife. I have no idea right now what they are going for. I do know there are just so many fakes floating around on the auctions now that the odds are someone gets taken each day.

I recently bought a flip sight with S with .U. on the flip for my Underwood from a CMPicon member for $125 and before purchase had it verified by other CMP members as to it's validity.

Bruce, very sorry to hear about your wife. I hope she recovers soon. Things are worth nothing if you can't enjoy them, so take care of the important things first!

Guys who have sent a PM, will not sell any of the flip sights unless I prior got some public opinions on the value of those. And would prefer those who buy more items at once - not that of a big friend on cherry pickers.

Edit: dug out some old attachements, some of the stuff I have. Some are gone, most is still with me. And plenty more is still with me

Promo, nice pictures, thanks for sharing. If you are going to sell some, the Quartermasters Stores would be the place to start.

Guys take your buying question to PM's. The forum is not the place for it.

    Thanks.

Hey Jim, sorry for the discussion I started. Will do a Quartermaster listing, but for all flip sights at once. I thought about it and figured out this would be the best solution. That will also avoid the tons of PMs I got.

No biggie. You have a nice group of items. The pictures show original markings of interest to all, and helps others identify them verses aftermarket. Generating conversation for all of us.

Since people aren't stopping to PM me: I DO NOT have the barrel bands any more. Sorry! They are long gone, as are the flip sights on the blue background that I've posted pictures of. Please do not PM me and ask about them!

I still have 6 flip sights which are coded differently, see this post here if you want to know the codes. Yes, these will be up for sale, as many other parts. But please be patient, I'll have these listed as soon as I am able to take pictures and get everything sorted. And this will take some time!

    Promo,

Sales or even the insinuation of sales is not allowed in the general forums.

Guys, this needs to go to the Quartermasters Stores or by PM's with others. Popular items draw a lot of interest. Dealing with PM's is just part of the selling process. I had sent a PM about this to Promo before. Continuing to comment on the forum will cause me to lock this thread.

    Jim
