Wow, had to pull out a reference book for this one, and to me it does look correct. Excellent carbine, likely the rarest of all the Mosin Nagants (possibly with the exemption of the M1927 Finnish Carbines).

There would be a few Mosin Nagant models which could be considered rarer than the M1907, but not many. For Russian guns, a St. Petersburg Cavalry Carbine comes to mind.
I do have two Mosin Nagants which would be less common than the M1907. One is a Finnish P-28 and, to my knowledge, is the only one ever recorded. Another is a 1913 M91 Kholodovskii Prototype, of which only 288 units were ever produced. The four other examples which I can find reference are all in museums.
