What would be the correct bayonet for a S/27 1938 Mauser?

    Exclamation

Since matching bayonets were not issued with the rifle and over time the rifle could have been reissued and another bayonet issued with it - ANY K98kicon bayonet is correkt! IF you are happier with one dated the same years as your rifle go find one, but it is not required to be correkt!

There are plenty out there. Take your time and find one you like for a good price. Ebay is a pretty good place to look for bargains.
